Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, straw yellow color with small greenish reflections, quite consistent.
Sample with rich and intense floral and fruity notes, reminiscent of fresh field flowers integrated with hints of tropical fruit and freshly picked citrus fruits. It closes with a delicate note of nectarine and hints of medicinal herbs.
The sip is fresh, overall well balanced in its components, the aromatic taste persistence of lime and lemon citrus is good.
Tried in combination with moderately spiced grilled pork.
